Creator-Bedingungen
Stand: 4. November 2026 – Fassung 2026-11-04

(3a) Deine Inhalte bleiben deine. Was du über Try It veröffentlichst, gehört dir; wir erwerben daran keine Rechte.
(5) Keine Exklusivität, in beide Richtungen.
(3) Wahrheit. Du sagst über Try It nichts, was nicht stimmt.
- Du sagst über Try It etwas, was nicht stimmt (§ 10 Absatz 3).

In what follows we call ourselves “we” or “Try It”, and we call you “you”.
(2) These terms govern the Creator Program: a referral program. You receive a personal code from us. If a person redeems this code in their Try It account and then pays for a subscription, we give you a share of what reaches us out of that payment. The details are set out in §§ 4 to 8.
(3) We do not commission you to produce content. You owe us no posts, no publications, no reach and no success. We give you no requirements as to whether, when, how often, in which format, to what extent, in which place or in which context you mention Try It, and we give you no texts, images, scripts or campaign specifications. You alone decide on the content, the design and the context of what you publish — including whether you mention Try It critically or point to other providers. What you publish is your own offering, not ours. The obligations in § 10 are prohibitions of unlawful conduct and not requirements as to what you should say.
(3a) Your content stays yours. What you publish about Try It belongs to you; we acquire no rights in it. We use your posts only if you separately permit us to do so (UGC release). This release is voluntary, free of charge, revocable at any time with effect for the future, and has no influence on admission, code or commission.
(4) No employment, commercial agency or partnership relationship. You do not act for us, but for yourself. You are not obliged towards us to broker business, and you are not permanently entrusted with doing so. There is no duty to be active, no minimum number of referrals, no minimum turnover, no reporting duty, no instructions, no working hours and no integration into our business. You are yourself responsible for your obligations under tax law, social security law and trade regulation law.
(5) No exclusivity, in either direction. You may advertise for any number of other providers at the same time, including for competitors of ours. We may work with any number of other creators and also advertise ourselves.
(6) Participation is free of charge. There are no fees, no minimum purchase and no obligation to purchase.
(7) Our General Terms and Conditions apply to your own use of Try It. These Creator Terms govern the program exclusively; on questions concerning the program they take precedence over the General Terms and Conditions.
(8) These terms apply towards consumers and towards traders (Unternehmer). A consumer is any natural person who enters into the contract for purposes that predominantly can be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity. A trader is a person who, when entering into the contract, is acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity. Where a provision applies only to the one or the other group, this is stated expressly.
(9) Terms of your own apply only if we have expressly agreed to them in text form.
§ 2 Application, admission, conclusion of contract
(1) You apply via the form on our creator page. There we ask for your name, your email address, your handle or a link to your profile, and the platforms on which you publish. We also ask whether an agency manages you (paragraph 6). A message is optional.
(2) An application is not a contract. We review every application by hand, but only as to whether the requirements under paragraph 3 are met. What you publish about, what your presence looks like, how large your community is and whether you also advertise for other brands play no role in admission. There is no follower threshold. If the requirements are met, we admit you. If we reject, we tell you which requirement is missing. We may suspend the intake of new creators, temporarily and in the same way for all applications; this is then stated on the creator page, and applications received up to that point we process as soon as we resume intake (paragraph 5).
(3) Admission requires that you
- are of full age and have unrestricted legal capacity,
- have your own Try It account registered to the same email address as your application,
- give truthful information,
- accept these terms,
- have, on at least one platform, a genuine profile of your own that does not consist predominantly of spam or unlawful content, and
- that we have not previously terminated your contract for good cause (§ 12 paragraph 3).
(4) The contract comes into existence once you have accepted these terms and we then admit you. Acceptance takes place before admission by way of an express declaration; in doing so we record which version you agreed to and when. Upon admission you receive your code and access to the creator dashboard.
(5) We delete the application data no later than six months after the decision. If, after a suspension, we do not resume intake within six months of receipt of your application, we delete the application without a decision and tell you so; you can then reapply at any time.
(6) If you work with an agency, you can name it in your application. You do not have to, even if an agency manages you. If you choose “No agency” although an agency manages you, that is not a false statement within the meaning of paragraph 3 letter c. If you pick one of our partner agencies and consent, it sees your figures in the agency dashboard so that it can look after and advise you (§ 14 paragraph 4). Without your consent we do not assign you to an agency. Whether you name an agency and whether you consent has no effect on your admission, your code or your commission. The agency does not become a party to this contract. We keep paying your commission out to you (§ 8). What applies between you and your agency is what the two of you agree; these terms do not govern that. If you name an agency that is not on our list, we may contact it in order to win it as a partner agency. In doing so we do not give it your name, and it sees nothing about you.
§ 3 Your code
(1) The code is personal. You may not transfer it, not sell it and not pass it on to others for their own use.
(2) An attribution arises solely through a registered person redeeming your code in their own Try It account. There is no tracking via cookies or links. If someone does not redeem the code, no attribution and no commission arise — not even if the person demonstrably came to us through you.
(3) Each person can be attributed only once. The attribution is unchangeable thereafter.
(4) We may block your code if you breach § 10 or if there is reasonable suspicion that the rules of this contract are being circumvented. § 12 remains unaffected.
(5) You may use our name, our logo and our product images in order to recommend Try It. You may not alter them, not register them as a trade mark of your own and not use them in such a way that the impression arises that you are Try It or are speaking in our name. You may not create any domains, accounts or profiles that contain our name or something liable to be confused with it. We may revoke this permission at any time with effect for the future; it ends with the contract.
§ 4 Commission: rate and basis of calculation
(1) Your commission rate is 20 percent. If we have stated a higher rate to you upon admission, that rate applies. We do not agree a rate lower than 20 percent upon admission.
(2) We may change your rate. We notify you of a change in text form; it applies to payments that reach us after the notification has been received by you. There is no retroactive reduction. § 13 paragraph 3 applies to a reduction.
(3) The basis of calculation is the net proceeds per payment: the subscription price paid less value added tax and less the fees of the App Store or of our payment service provider. Your commission is your rate applied to these net proceeds, rounded to the nearest cent (half rounded up).
(4) Settlement and payout are in euros.
(5) There is no remuneration for clicks, for views, for registrations without payment, and no one-off referral bonus. Only the actual payment by a customer referred by you is remunerated.
§ 5 When a commission arises — and when it does not
(1) A commission arises if
- a person has redeemed your code,
- that person then pays for Try It and the payment reaches us,
- the payment falls within the commission window under paragraph 2 and
- you are active as a creator at that point in time.
(2) The commission window. The first payment by the referred person must be made within twelve months of the redemption of your code. If someone pays for the first time later than that, no commission arises. The commission window begins with this first payment; it runs for twelve months. For every payment within this window you receive your share, for as long as the subscription runs. Payments that lie before the redemption of your code do not count.
(3) Once per person. The window applies once per referred person and does not start again — not even after a termination and a later new purchase.
(4) Annual subscription pro rata. If someone pays for a period longer than one month, the part of that period which falls within the commission window counts pro rata. Calculation is in full months.
(5) No commission arises
- for your own subscription; you cannot redeem your own code,
- if the person redeems your code only after they have already paid for Try It,
- for a subscription that was already running before the redemption of your code,
- for persons who have already been referred once via a creator code or who had already previously been paying customers of Try It,
- if we detect that the rules under a) to d) are to be circumvented, for instance because the same payment method with the same identifier is used again,
- for transactions from which no money accrues to us.
(6) You can see in the creator dashboard whether a commission has arisen. There we show you, for every conversion, the date, the payment route, the net proceeds, your commission and the status.
§ 6 Cancellation and chargeback
(1) If a payment is reversed, the commission attributable to it ceases to apply. This applies to refunds, reversals, lost chargeback proceedings and to the customer's withdrawal.
(2) If the commission has not yet been settled, we cancel it. If it has already been settled or paid out, we deduct it in your next settlement as a separate line item and in doing so state the settlement in which it was included; we do not issue a settlement with a negative total amount. If a remainder is left after the deduction, we carry it forward into the following settlements. If the remainder has not yet been cleared when the contract ends, or if clearing it within twelve months of the payout is not to be expected, we may reclaim it. A reclaim is excluded if more than twelve months have passed since the payout; the deduction in the following settlements remains unaffected.
(3) If a referred customer terminates without getting their money back, the commission that has already arisen remains in place. It is only that no new commissions arise any more.
(4) A commission is released fourteen days after the underlying payment. Until then it is shown in the dashboard as “Pending” („Ausstehend“). Only after that is it available for settlement. If we set the release later for technical or operational reasons, the commission is nevertheless deemed released upon expiry of the fourteen days; the delay is at our expense, not at yours.
(5) If a cancellation is later reversed — for instance because a chargeback procedure is decided in our favour or a refund is withdrawn — the commission revives.
§ 7 Settlement by self-billing invoice
(1) We settle monthly (§ 9 paragraph 1). Settlement takes place by way of the self-billing invoice procedure (credit note procedure): we issue the settlement document, not you. You do not have to write us an invoice. If, as a trader, you would rather do the settlement yourself, paragraph 2 sentence 3 applies.
(2) Consent to the self-billing invoice procedure. If you are a trader, you consent to us settling your commissions by way of the self-billing invoice procedure and issuing settlement documents for this purpose which count as a self-billing invoice („Gutschrift“) within the meaning of § 14 paragraph 2 sentence 5 of the German Value Added Tax Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz). We additionally obtain this consent in a separate step before the first settlement — in the creator dashboard or, as long as there is no such step there, in text form — and in doing so we record which version you agreed to and when. If you do not give the consent in this separate step, we do not issue you a self-billing invoice; you then write us an invoice yourself every month for the commissions from our monthly statement (§ 9 paragraph 1), and we pay under § 8 paragraphs 3 and 4. If you are a private individual, we do not need this consent: the self-billing invoice procedure presupposes a supply by a trader, and therefore the settlement document cannot be a self-billing invoice within the meaning of that provision in your case. In that case we issue you a settlement without a statement of value added tax which is not designated as a “self-billing invoice” („Gutschrift“); we grant you, by contract, the right under paragraph 3 to object to it in the same way.
(3) Objection. You may object to a self-billing invoice. Upon receipt of your objection the document loses the effect of an invoice. We ask you to check every self-billing invoice within 30 days of receipt and to notify us of any objections so that we can clarify them quickly. Your statutory right of objection is not restricted by this and is not subject to a time limit; silence on your part does not count as an acknowledgement as to the amount.
(4) Partial supply. The commission is owed as a monthly partial supply (Teilleistung); the consideration is determined separately for each calendar month, namely from the commissions released in that month under § 6 paragraph 4.
(5) The self-billing invoice contains the information required by law and is designated as a “self-billing invoice” („Gutschrift“). Depending on which tax status you notify to us under § 8, we state value added tax, we state none and refer to the small business scheme (Kleinunternehmerregelung), or we settle without value added tax with a reference to the reverse charge (Steuerschuldnerschaft des Leistungsempfängers). If you have notified us of the status “private individual” („Privatperson“), you receive, under paragraph 2, a settlement without a statement of value added tax, without the designation “self-billing invoice” („Gutschrift“) and without the information that only a trader can provide.
(6) We make the self-billing invoice available to you electronically. If you are a trader with a seat in Germany and not a small business, you receive it as an e-invoice in a structured electronic format. In all other cases you receive it as a PDF and consent to electronic transmission. § 14 paragraph 1 sentence 5 of the German Value Added Tax Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz) requires this consent for every invoice in an electronic format that is not an e-invoice. You may revoke it at any time with effect for the future; we then transmit the self-billing invoice to you on paper. Both sides retain it for eight years; for you this may be a statutory obligation if you are a trader.
§ 8 Your details, due date and payout
(1) Before we settle for the first time, you provide to us, in the creator dashboard or, as long as there is no input field for this there, in text form:
- your full name or your company name, and where applicable the legal form,
- your full address and your country,
- as a trader your tax number or your VAT identification number, and in the case of EU small businesses the small business identification number; as a private individual your date of birth; you do not need a tax number in that case,
- the statement of whether you are a trader under the standard taxation scheme, a small business, a trader in another EU state, an EU small business, a trader in a third country or a private individual,
- your bank details and the account holder.
(2) Your details must be correct and complete. If anything changes — especially your tax status — you notify us without undue delay. In the case of traders from other EU states we check the VAT identification number before we settle for the first time.
(3) Due date. We pay your commission no later than thirty days after receipt of the settlement by which we settle it; on that day it falls due. If you write us an invoice yourself (§ 7 paragraph 2 sentence 3), the same applies from receipt of your invoice by us. If you have chosen accumulation under paragraph 4, the thirty days count from receipt of the settlement or of your invoice with which the payout under paragraph 4 sentence 4 is to be made.
(4) Payout every month, accumulated on request. Every month we pay out everything that has been settled, with no minimum amount. This is the default setting. If you do not want small amounts transferred to you, you can choose in the creator dashboard or in text form that we accumulate. We then pay out as soon as your settled commissions that have not yet been paid out reach 50 euros, but at the latest with the settlement for the last month of a calendar quarter, even if the amount is below that. You can undo your choice at any time with effect for the future; we then pay out everything that is outstanding with the next settlement. If the contract ends, we pay out everything that is still outstanding.
(5) We pay by bank transfer in euros to the account you have specified. You bear any costs your bank charges you.
(6) For as long as details under paragraph 1 are missing, are incorrect or cannot be confirmed, settlement is suspended. This does not change the fact that the commission has arisen.
(7) We may set off counterclaims that have fallen due under § 6 paragraph 2 against your commission claims.
§ 9 Settlement, information, inspection
(1) We settle monthly: by the 15th of a month we settle all commissions that were released in the previous month under § 6 paragraph 4. If you are a trader and have not consented to the self-billing invoice procedure (§ 7 paragraph 2 sentence 3), by that day we make available to you, instead of the self-billing invoice, a statement on the basis of which you write us your invoice. Excepted are the suspension under § 8 paragraph 6 and commissions that we defer under § 12 paragraph 4. As soon as the reason ceases to apply, we settle the deferred months subsequently; commissions that have arisen are not lost as a result.
(2) In the creator dashboard you can see your key figures on an ongoing basis: sign-ups, active subscriptions, conversions, as well as your outstanding, released and paid-out commissions.
(3) You may demand from us a statement of all transactions for which you are entitled to a commission.
(4) You may also demand information about all circumstances that are material to your claim to commission, to when it falls due and to its calculation.
(5) If we refuse the statement under paragraph 3, or if you have justified doubts as to the correctness or completeness of a settlement or of a statement, you may demand inspection of our books and other records, to the extent that this is necessary in order to establish correctness or completeness. We choose whether we grant inspection to you yourself or to an auditor or a sworn accounting expert designated by you. We grant you the rights under paragraphs 3 to 5 contractually, irrespective of whether you are a commercial agent; we neither exclude them nor restrict them.
(6) We never tell you who the referred person is. You receive only the aggregated figures and the individual conversions without personal data of the customers. This is not a withholding of information, but data protection for third parties. If an inspection under paragraph 5 would affect personal data of third parties, we choose the route via a person under paragraph 5 sentence 2; this does not restrict your right, but protects third parties.
§ 10 Your obligations
(1) Disclosure. Every use of your code is advertising. You make the advertising character clearly recognisable, namely in the immediate vicinity of the code or of the link, in a form that stands out at first glance and beyond doubt. This also applies if you use the code on a private profile, and irrespective of how large your reach is.
(2) How you disclose is your decision. If you want a ready-made wording, you can use this one: “Werbung” (advertising) as the first word of the post and, right next to the code, the sentence
“With my code XY I earn a share of your subscription; it costs you nothing extra.”
Whatever wording you choose: the notice must make clear that you earn from a subscription taken out with your code and that the other person incurs no additional costs.
(3) Truth. You say nothing about Try It that is untrue. You promise no features that do not exist, no prices that we do not offer, and no results that we do not commit to. If you refer to your own experiences, they must be genuine.
(4) No spam. You do not distribute your code via unsolicited emails or messages, not via automated mass postings and not contrary to the rules of the platform on which you publish it.
(5) No brand advertising on search engines. You do not place any paid ads on “Try It”, “TryIt”, “Ariside” or on terms that can be confused with these, and no ads that create the impression that they come from us.
(6) Voucher and deal portals. You do not enter your code into voucher, discount or deal portals and do not pass it on to operators of such sites. This restriction concerns only the place of publication, not its content.
(7) No circumvention. You do not redeem your own code, do not create accounts for third parties or for the sake of appearances, and do not circumvent the rules of § 5 paragraph 5 in any other way.
(8) Third-party rights. With your publications you infringe no rights of third parties. You also do not otherwise publish anything unlawful.
(9) Paragraphs 1 to 8 and 10 oblige you only to comply with applicable law and with the rules of the platforms on which you publish. They do not tell you what you should publish; § 1 paragraph 3 remains unaffected.
(10) Notices of breaches. If we point out to you that a publication breaches paragraph 1, paragraph 3 or paragraph 8, you correct or delete it within the reasonable period that we specify to you, and notify us of this. Until then we may block your code (§ 3 paragraph 4) or pause your participation (§ 12 paragraph 4). We require of you only what the law requires; what else you publish remains your own business (§ 1 paragraph 3). Anyone can send us notices of breaches by email to info@tryit-app.com with the subject “Report a breach” („Verstoß melden“) or via the contact form on our website.
§ 11 Liability and indemnification
(1) We are liable to you without limitation
- for damage arising from injury to life, body or health that is based on a breach of duty by us, our legal representatives or our vicarious agents — already in the case of simple negligence,
- for intent and gross negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives or our vicarious agents,
- to the extent that we have assumed a guarantee,
- under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
(2) Otherwise, in the case of simple negligence we are liable only if we breach a duty the fulfilment of which is what makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which you may regularly rely. In this case our liability is limited to the damage foreseeable at the conclusion of the contract and typical for this type of contract.
(3) There is no liability beyond this. Paragraphs 1 and 2 also apply to claims against our employees, representatives and vicarious agents personally.
(4) This does not involve any change in the burden of proof to your disadvantage.
(5) We do not owe you any particular turnover, any particular number of conversions or the continued existence of the program. We decide whether and at what price we offer subscriptions.
(6) Indemnification, only towards traders. If you are a trader and you culpably breach one of these obligations, you indemnify us against third-party claims that arise from this:
- You do not make the advertising character of a publication in which you use your code recognisable (§ 10 paragraph 1).
- You say something about Try It that is not true (§ 10 paragraph 3).
- With a publication you infringe rights of third parties (§ 10 paragraph 8 sentence 1).
The indemnification covers the defence against unfounded claims and the reasonable costs of legal defence. It does not apply to the extent that we are responsible for the claim ourselves; § 254 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch) remains unaffected. We notify you of such a claim without undue delay, give you the opportunity to comment and acknowledge nothing without your consent. You may not unreasonably refuse your consent. If you are a consumer, this paragraph does not apply; you are then liable to us only under the statutory provisions.
§ 12 Term, pause and termination
(1) The contract runs for an indefinite period.
(2) Both sides may terminate it at any time in text form giving one month's notice. No reasons need be given.
(3) The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected. Good cause exists for us in particular if you breach § 10 substantially or repeatedly, deceive us in your application or in your details under § 8, or circumvent the rules of § 5 paragraph 5. In these cases we may block your code immediately. A termination for a breach of § 10 requires that you have let a period under § 10 paragraph 10 expire without remedying the breach, unless the law makes the period unnecessary (§ 314 paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code, Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch).
(4) We may temporarily pause your participation if a suspicion under paragraph 3 has been raised and needs to be clarified, or for as long as a period under § 10 paragraph 10 is running. During a pause no new commissions arise. Commissions that have already arisen remain in place and continue to be settled under § 9; we defer only those commissions to which the suspicion itself relates, until clarification, but no longer than until the settlement for the third month after the start of the pause. We tell you why we are pausing, and we clarify promptly.
(5) Upon the end of the contract we block your code without undue delay. New attributions then no longer arise. If the block is set late, a redemption after the end of the contract nevertheless gives rise to no commission (§ 5 paragraph 1 letter d). What the end means for your commission: If you terminate yourself or if we terminate for good cause, you receive no more commission for payments that reach us after the end of the contract, even if a commission window is still running. If we terminate by ordinary notice under paragraph 2, you continue to receive commission for persons who were attributed before the end of the contract until the end of their commission window; § 8 continues to apply to this.
(6) Commissions that have already arisen and been released we settle after the end of the contract and pay out under § 8. § 6 also continues to apply thereafter.
(7) A claim to compensation analogous to § 89b of the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch) is not established by this contract; the parties assume that no commercial agency relationship exists (§ 1 paragraph 4). Mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected.
(8) If you delete your Try It account, your participation in the program ends with it.
§ 13 Changes to these terms
(1) We may change these terms if one of the following valid reasons applies: a change in the legal situation or in the case law of the highest courts, a judgment or an official order, the introduction of new features or the discontinuation of existing ones, or a change at a service provider that we need for the processing. Other reasons do not entitle us to change these terms.
(2) We notify you of every change in text form at least six weeks before it takes effect and make the new wording as well as an overview of the changes available to you. Until it takes effect you may terminate the contract with effect as of that point in time.
(3) Changes to your commission rate, to the basis of calculation or to the length of the commission window to your detriment only become effective if you expressly agree to them. Your silence does not count as consent. If you do not agree, the contract continues to apply unchanged; we may then terminate it by ordinary notice under § 12 paragraph 2.
(4) Commissions that arose before a change took effect remain unaffected.
§ 14 Data protection
(1) Which data we process in connection with your application and your participation is set out in our privacy policy — for the application in section 4, for our customer management system in section 7.
(2) We process your master data under § 8 in order to perform this contract and in order to fulfil our tax obligations (Article 6 paragraph 1 letters b and c of the General Data Protection Regulation). We process the date of birth of a private individual so that we can tell the tax office (Finanzamt) precisely, on request, to whom we have paid (§ 160 of the German Fiscal Code, Abgabenordnung); the legal basis is our legitimate interest in deducting these payments as a business expense (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the General Data Protection Regulation).
(3) We do not pass on to you any data of the persons referred by you (§ 9 paragraph 6).
(4) If you pick a partner agency and tick the box for it in the application form, the staff of that agency may see in the agency dashboard: your display name, your status, your codes, since when you have been part of the program, the number of your sign-ups, active subscriptions and conversions, your commission (pending, approved and paid out) and your share of the figures of all creators of the agency. In addition there are the totals for all creators of the agency, including the sign-ups of the last 30 days, and their monthly trend; your figures are included in them. The sole purpose of this access is that the agency looks after and advises its creators; your consent applies only to that. The agency does not see the details from your application. It never sees data of persons you referred. You give your consent only in the application form by ticking the box, not by accepting these terms. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation). Without your consent we do not assign you to an agency.
(5) You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. You suffer no disadvantage from doing so. To do so, send an email to info@tryit-app.com or use our contact form. We then remove the assignment to the agency without delay, and the agency no longer sees you in the dashboard. The access also ends when you delete your account and when your contract as a creator ends, for example through termination; in those cases, too, the agency no longer sees you in the dashboard. What happened up to then remains lawful. More is set out in our privacy policy, sections 4, 7 and 10.
§ 15 Final provisions
(1) Choice of law. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in another state, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive you of the protection granted to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your state of residence.
(2) Place of jurisdiction. If you are a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal person under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our registered office. We may also sue you at your general place of jurisdiction. For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.
(3) Set-off and retention. You may set off with claims that are undisputed or have been finally established by a court. You have a right of retention to the extent that it is based on the same contractual relationship. Our right under § 8 paragraph 7 remains unaffected.
(4) Form. Declarations relating to this contract require text form. We do not require any stricter form. A declaration by us is not deemed to have been received by you merely because we have sent it.
(5) Transfer. You may transfer your rights and obligations under this contract to a third party only with our consent in text form. You may freely assign monetary claims against us.
(6) Invalid provisions. If a provision of these terms has not become part of the contract in whole or in part, or is invalid, the contract remains effective in other respects. The statutory provisions take the place of the provision that was not incorporated or that is invalid.
(7) Consumer dispute resolution. We are not willing and not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
(8) Language versions. The contract language is German. If we additionally make these terms available in another language, the German version is the original; the other versions are translations of it. The German version is authoritative. If a translation deviates from it, the version more favourable to you applies to you as a consumer.

(3a) Tus contenidos siguen siendo tuyos.
(4) Suscripción anual a prorrata.
(5) No nace ninguna comisión
§ 8 Tus datos, vencimiento y abono
(3) Veracidad.
Decidimos nosotros si ofrecemos suscripciones y a qué precio.
(6) Indemnidad, solo frente a empresarios.
No hace falta motivarlo.
