2. Allgemeines
Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten ausschließlich im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen (DSGVO, BDSG). Nachfolgend informieren wir über Art, Umfang und Zweck der Verarbeitung.
3. Hosting
Diese Website wird bei Vercel Inc. (USA) gehostet. Beim Aufruf werden technisch notwendige Daten (u.a. IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, angeforderte Ressource, User-Agent) in Server-Logs verarbeitet (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Eine Uebermittlung in die USA erfolgt auf Grundlage geeigneter Garantien (Standardvertragsklauseln bzw. EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
4. Konto und Datenbank (Supabase)
Für Registrierung, Login und die Speicherung deiner Inhalte nutzen wir Supabase. Dabei werden die von dir angegebenen Daten (z.B. E-Mail-Adresse) sowie die von dir hochgeladenen Inhalte verarbeitet, um dir den Dienst bereitzustellen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
Stimmst du der Standortnutzung zu, speichern wir zusätzlich die Koordinaten deines Geräts und den daraus ermittelten Ortsnamen in deinem Profil. Zweck ist die Wetterauskunft in der Stilberatung: So müssen wir dich nicht bei jedem Besuch erneut nach deinem Standort fragen. Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Du kannst sie jederzeit in den Kontoeinstellungen widerrufen; dabei löschen wir die gespeicherten Koordinaten. Einen Verlauf deiner Standorte legen wir nicht an — gespeichert wird immer nur der zuletzt ermittelte Ort.
5. Reichweitenmessung (Plausible Analytics)
Zur Reichweitenmessung nutzen wir Plausible Analytics, ein cookieloses, datenschutzfreundliches Web-Analyse-Tool, das wir selbst unter stats.ariside.de auf einem Server in einem Rechenzentrum in Deutschland betreiben. Plausible arbeitet ohne Cookies und ohne dauerhafte Kennungen. Erfasst werden Seitenaufrufe, Referrer, Land, Region und Stadt, Browser, Betriebssystem und Gerätetyp. Deine IP-Adresse wird dabei verarbeitet, aber nicht gespeichert: aus ihr, einem Tagesschlüssel, der Domain und deiner Browserkennung entsteht eine Prüfsumme, die allein der Wiedererkennung innerhalb eines Tages dient. Der Tagesschlüssel wird alle 24 Stunden gewechselt und gelöscht. Eine Wiedererkennung über Tage, Geräte oder Websites hinweg ist dadurch ausgeschlossen; eine Einwilligung ist nicht erforderlich. Da wir Plausible selbst hosten, werden die Daten nicht an Dritte übermittelt und verbleiben auf unserem Server. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an einer datenschutzfreundlichen Reichweitenmessung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
6. Widerrufs- und Kündigungserklärungen
Auf den Seiten Widerruf erklären und Kündigen kannst du eine Erklärung abgeben, ohne dich anzumelden. Wir verarbeiten dabei die von dir angegebenen Daten: Name und E-Mail-Adresse, beim Widerruf zusätzlich das Vertrags- oder Bestelldatum und deine Mitteilung, bei der Kündigung die Art der Kündigung, den gewünschten Beendigungszeitpunkt und bei einer außerordentlichen Kündigung den Grund. Zweck ist die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Eingangs- beziehungsweise Zugangsbestätigung (§ 356a Abs. 4 BGB, § 312k Abs. 4 BGB) sowie die Bearbeitung deiner Erklärung. Rechtsgrundlage ist die Erfüllung einer rechtlichen Verpflichtung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO).
Zu jeder Erklärung speichern wir zusätzlich das Länderkennzeichen, das unser Hoster aus deiner IP-Adresse ableitet (zwei Buchstaben, zum Beispiel „DE"), sowie das Land der Rechnungsadresse aus unseren eigenen Aufzeichnungen. Das Länderkennzeichen aus der IP-Adresse dient ausschließlich dazu, auffällige Muster zu erkennen; es geht nie in die rechtliche Bewertung deiner Erklärung ein. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an der Abwehr missbräuchlicher Erklärungen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die vollständige IP-Adresse speichern wir dafür nicht.
Wir bewahren die Erklärungen so lange auf, wie es für die Bearbeitung und für den Nachweis der gesetzlichen Bestätigung erforderlich ist, sowie darüber hinaus, soweit gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.
7. Auftragsverarbeiter und weitere Empfänger
Für einzelne Verarbeitungen setzen wir Dienstleister ein, die personenbezogene Daten in unserem Auftrag verarbeiten (Art. 28 DSGVO), oder übermitteln Daten an Empfänger, soweit es für den jeweiligen Zweck erforderlich ist (Art. 13 Abs. 1 lit. e DSGVO). Bereits genannt sind Vercel (Hosting, Abschnitt 3) und Supabase (Konto und Datenbank, Abschnitt 4); Plausible betreiben wir selbst, dabei erhält kein Dritter Daten (Abschnitt 5). Darüber hinaus:
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Irland) — Zahlungsabwicklung beim Kauf eines Abos. Verarbeitet werden E-Mail-Adresse, Name, Rechnungsadresse, Zahlungsdaten und unsere interne Nutzerkennung; Stripe teilt uns anschließend unter anderem das Land deiner Rechnungsadresse mit. Rechtsgrundlage: Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Frankreich) — Versand unserer E-Mails, etwa der Bestellbestätigung und der Eingangsbestätigungen zu Widerruf und Kündigung. Verarbeitet werden Empfängeradresse, Name und der Inhalt der jeweiligen E-Mail einschließlich der von dir eingegebenen Freitexte. Rechtsgrundlage: Vertragserfüllung und Erfüllung rechtlicher Verpflichtungen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und c DSGVO).
- WeatherAPI (Zoomash Ltd., Vereinigtes Königreich) — Wettervorhersagen für die Reisefunktion und die Wetterauskunft in der Stilberatung. Verarbeitet werden die von dir eingegebenen Orte und Reiseziele sowie, wenn du der Standortnutzung in der App zugestimmt hast, die Standortkoordinaten deines Geräts. Rechtsgrundlage: Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO), für die Standortkoordinaten deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
- Voyage AI (MongoDB, Inc., USA) und Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, USA) — Stilberatung in der App. Verarbeitet werden deine Eingaben im Beratungs-Chat und Angaben zu deinen Kleidungsstücken, soweit du die Funktion nutzt. Rechtsgrundlage: Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
- Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., USA) — Fehlerdiagnose unserer Server. Verarbeitet werden technische Angaben zum Zeitpunkt eines Fehlers, etwa der aufgerufene Endpunkt und die Fehlermeldung. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse an einem stabilen und sicheren Betrieb (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
Soweit dabei Daten in Länder außerhalb der EU und des EWR übermittelt werden, geschieht das auf Grundlage eines Angemessenheitsbeschlusses der EU-Kommission oder geeigneter Garantien nach Art. 44 ff. DSGVO, insbesondere Standardvertragsklauseln.
8. Schriftarten
Schriftarten werden lokal von unserem Server geladen (self-hosted). Es besteht keine Verbindung zu externen Font-Diensten.
9. Deine Rechte
Dir stehen die Rechte auf Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch (Art. 21 DSGVO) zu. 2. General
We process personal data solely within the limits of the applicable law (GDPR, German Federal Data Protection Act). Below we inform you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted with Vercel Inc. (USA). When you access it, technically necessary data (including IP address, time, requested resource, user agent) are processed in server logs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Any transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
4. Account and database (Supabase)
We use Supabase for registration, login and storing your content. The data you provide (e.g. your email address) and the content you upload are processed in order to provide the service to you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
If you consent to the use of your location, we additionally store your device's coordinates and the place name derived from them in your profile. The purpose is the weather information in the style consultation: this way we do not have to ask for your location on every visit. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time in your account settings; doing so deletes the stored coordinates. We do not build a history of your locations — only the most recently determined place is stored.
5. Audience measurement (Plausible Analytics)
For audience measurement we use Plausible Analytics, a cookie-free, privacy-friendly web analytics tool that we operate ourselves at stats.ariside.de on a server in a data centre in Germany. Plausible works without cookies and without persistent identifiers. What is recorded: page views, referrer, country, region and city, browser, operating system and device type. Your IP address is processed in the course of this but not stored: it is combined with a daily key, the domain and your browser identification into a checksum that serves solely to recognise a return visit within the same day. The daily key is rotated and deleted every 24 hours. Recognition across days, devices or websites is therefore impossible; consent is not required. Because we host Plausible ourselves, the data are not transferred to third parties and remain on our server. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly audience measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Withdrawal and cancellation declarations
On the pages Declare withdrawal and Cancel you can submit a declaration without logging in. We process the data you provide: your name and email address, for a withdrawal additionally the contract or order date and your message, for a cancellation the type of cancellation, the requested termination date and, in the case of an extraordinary cancellation, the reason. The purpose is the acknowledgement of receipt required by law (Section 356a(4) and Section 312k(4) of the German Civil Code) and the processing of your declaration. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
For each declaration we additionally store the country code that our hosting provider derives from your IP address (two letters, for example "DE"), as well as the country of the billing address from our own records. The country code derived from the IP address serves solely to detect unusual patterns; it never enters into the legal assessment of your declaration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abusive declarations (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not store the full IP address for this purpose.
We retain declarations for as long as is necessary to process them and to evidence the statutory acknowledgement of receipt, and beyond that where statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Processors and other recipients
For certain processing operations we use service providers that process personal data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR), or we transfer data to recipients where this is necessary for the respective purpose (Art. 13(1)(e) GDPR). Already mentioned are Vercel (hosting, section 3) and Supabase (account and database, section 4); we operate Plausible ourselves, so no third party receives data (section 5). In addition:
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland) — payment processing when you purchase a subscription. The data processed are your email address, name, billing address, payment details and our internal user ID; Stripe subsequently informs us, among other things, of the country of your billing address. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — dispatch of our emails, such as the order confirmation and the acknowledgements of receipt for withdrawals and cancellations. The data processed are the recipient address, the name and the content of the respective email, including any free text you entered. Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- WeatherAPI (Zoomash Ltd., United Kingdom) — weather forecasts for the travel feature and the weather lookup in the style advice. The data processed are the places and destinations you enter and, where you have consented to the use of your location in the app, the location coordinates of your device. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for the location coordinates, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Voyage AI (MongoDB, Inc., USA) and Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, USA) — style advice in the app. The data processed are your entries in the advice chat and information about your garments, where you use the feature. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., USA) — error diagnostics for our servers. The data processed are technical details at the time of an error, such as the endpoint called and the error message. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in stable and secure operations (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where data are transferred to countries outside the EU and the EEA in the process, this takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses.
8. Fonts
Fonts are loaded locally from our own server (self-hosted). There is no connection to external font services.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). 2. Aspectos generales
Tratamos datos personales exclusivamente dentro de los límites de la legislación aplicable (RGPD y la Ley Federal alemana de Protección de Datos). A continuación le informamos sobre la naturaleza, el alcance y la finalidad del tratamiento.
3. Alojamiento
Este sitio web está alojado en Vercel Inc. (EE. UU.). Al acceder al sitio se tratan en los registros del servidor los datos técnicamente necesarios (entre otros, la dirección IP, la hora, el recurso solicitado y el agente de usuario) (art. 6, apartado 1, letra f, del RGPD). Cualquier transferencia a los EE. UU. se realiza sobre la base de garantías adecuadas (cláusulas contractuales tipo o el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU.).
4. Cuenta y base de datos (Supabase)
Utilizamos Supabase para el registro, el inicio de sesión y el almacenamiento de sus contenidos. Los datos que usted facilita (por ejemplo, su dirección de correo electrónico) y los contenidos que sube se tratan con el fin de prestarle el servicio (art. 6, apartado 1, letra b, del RGPD).
Si usted autoriza el uso de su ubicación, guardamos además en su perfil las coordenadas de su dispositivo y el nombre del lugar derivado de ellas. La finalidad es la información meteorológica del asesoramiento de estilo: de este modo no tenemos que preguntarle la ubicación en cada visita. La base jurídica es su consentimiento (art. 6, apartado 1, letra a, del RGPD). Puede retirarlo en cualquier momento en los ajustes de su cuenta; al hacerlo borramos las coordenadas guardadas. No elaboramos un historial de sus ubicaciones: solo se guarda el último lugar determinado.
5. Medición de audiencia (Plausible Analytics)
Para la medición de audiencia utilizamos Plausible Analytics, una herramienta de analítica web sin cookies y respetuosa con la privacidad que operamos nosotros mismos en stats.ariside.de, en un servidor situado en un centro de datos en Alemania. Plausible funciona sin cookies y sin identificadores permanentes. Se registran páginas vistas, referente, país, región y ciudad, navegador, sistema operativo y tipo de dispositivo. Su dirección IP se trata durante este proceso, pero no se almacena: junto con una clave diaria, el dominio y la identificación de su navegador se genera una suma de verificación que sirve únicamente para reconocer una visita repetida dentro del mismo día. La clave diaria se renueva y se elimina cada 24 horas. Por ello no es posible el reconocimiento entre días, dispositivos o sitios web; no se requiere consentimiento. Dado que alojamos Plausible nosotros mismos, los datos no se transfieren a terceros y permanecen en nuestro servidor. La base jurídica es nuestro interés legítimo en una medición de audiencia respetuosa con la privacidad (art. 6, apartado 1, letra f, del RGPD).
6. Declaraciones de desistimiento y de cancelación
En las páginas Declarar el desistimiento y Cancelar puede presentar una declaración sin necesidad de iniciar sesión. Tratamos los datos que usted facilita: nombre y dirección de correo electrónico, en el caso del desistimiento además la fecha del contrato o del pedido y su comunicación, y en el caso de la cancelación el tipo de cancelación, la fecha de terminación deseada y, si se trata de una cancelación extraordinaria, el motivo. La finalidad es el acuse de recibo exigido por la ley (artículo 356a, apartado 4, y artículo 312k, apartado 4, del Código Civil alemán) y la tramitación de su declaración. La base jurídica es el cumplimiento de una obligación legal (art. 6, apartado 1, letra c, del RGPD).
Para cada declaración almacenamos además el código de país que nuestro proveedor de alojamiento deriva de su dirección IP (dos letras, por ejemplo «DE»), así como el país de la dirección de facturación que consta en nuestros propios registros. El código de país derivado de la dirección IP sirve exclusivamente para detectar patrones llamativos; nunca interviene en la valoración jurídica de su declaración. La base jurídica es nuestro interés legítimo en evitar declaraciones abusivas (art. 6, apartado 1, letra f, del RGPD). No almacenamos la dirección IP completa a tal efecto.
Conservamos las declaraciones durante el tiempo necesario para su tramitación y para acreditar el acuse de recibo legal, así como más allá de ese plazo cuando existan obligaciones legales de conservación.
7. Encargados del tratamiento y otros destinatarios
Para determinadas operaciones de tratamiento recurrimos a proveedores de servicios que tratan datos personales por encargo nuestro (art. 28 del RGPD), o transmitimos datos a destinatarios cuando ello es necesario para la finalidad correspondiente (art. 13, apartado 1, letra e, del RGPD). Ya se han mencionado Vercel (alojamiento, apartado 3) y Supabase (cuenta y base de datos, apartado 4); Plausible lo operamos nosotros mismos, por lo que ningún tercero recibe datos (apartado 5). Además:
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Irlanda) — tramitación de pagos al contratar una suscripción. Se tratan la dirección de correo electrónico, el nombre, la dirección de facturación, los datos de pago y nuestro identificador interno de usuario; Stripe nos comunica posteriormente, entre otros datos, el país de su dirección de facturación. Base jurídica: la ejecución del contrato (art. 6, apartado 1, letra b, del RGPD).
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Francia) — envío de nuestros correos electrónicos, como la confirmación del pedido y los acuses de recibo de desistimientos y cancelaciones. Se tratan la dirección del destinatario, el nombre y el contenido del correo correspondiente, incluidos los textos libres que usted haya introducido. Base jurídica: la ejecución del contrato y el cumplimiento de obligaciones legales (art. 6, apartado 1, letras b y c, del RGPD).
- WeatherAPI (Zoomash Ltd., Reino Unido) — previsiones meteorológicas para la función de viajes y la consulta del tiempo en el asesoramiento de estilo. Se tratan los lugares y destinos que usted introduce y, si ha consentido el uso de la ubicación en la aplicación, las coordenadas de ubicación de su dispositivo. Base jurídica: la ejecución del contrato (art. 6, apartado 1, letra b, del RGPD); para las coordenadas de ubicación, su consentimiento (art. 6, apartado 1, letra a, del RGPD).
- Voyage AI (MongoDB, Inc., EE. UU.) y Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, EE. UU.) — asesoramiento de estilo en la aplicación. Se tratan sus entradas en el chat de asesoramiento y la información sobre sus prendas, en la medida en que utilice la función. Base jurídica: la ejecución del contrato (art. 6, apartado 1, letra b, del RGPD).
- Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., EE. UU.) — diagnóstico de errores de nuestros servidores. Se tratan datos técnicos del momento del error, como el endpoint invocado y el mensaje de error. Base jurídica: nuestro interés legítimo en un funcionamiento estable y seguro (art. 6, apartado 1, letra f, del RGPD).
En la medida en que en este contexto se transmitan datos a países fuera de la UE y del EEE, ello se realiza sobre la base de una decisión de adecuación de la Comisión Europea o de garantías adecuadas conforme a los artículos 44 y siguientes del RGPD, en particular cláusulas contractuales tipo.
8. Tipografías
Las tipografías se cargan localmente desde nuestro propio servidor (self-hosted). No existe ninguna conexión con servicios externos de tipografías.
9. Sus derechos
Le asisten los derechos de acceso (art. 15), rectificación (art. 16), supresión (art. 17), limitación del tratamiento (art. 18), portabilidad de los datos (art. 20) y oposición (art. 21 del RGPD).
