Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für die Nutzung des Angebots Try It der Ariside UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Lindenweg 20, 39326 Zielitz (nachfolgend „Anbieter“).
2. Vertragsgegenstand
Try It ist ein digitaler Kleiderschrank mit Style-Beratung und Reise-Packplanung, der als Web-Anwendung bereitgestellt wird. Der Funktionsumfang richtet sich nach dem jeweils gewählten Tarif.
3. Vertragsschluss
Der Vertrag kommt mit Abschluss des Bestellvorgangs bzw. der Aktivierung eines Tarifs zustande.
4. Preise und Zahlung
Es gelten die zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung angegebenen Preise inklusive der gesetzlichen Umsatzsteuer. Die Zahlung erfolgt über die angebotenen Zahlungsmittel.
5. Laufzeit und Kündigung
Abonnements sind, sofern nicht anders angegeben, monatlich kündbar. Die Kündigung ist über das Konto oder per E-Mail an info@tryit-app.com möglich.
Beim jährlichen Tarif (Jahresplan) wird der Jahresbetrag im Voraus für eine Vertragslaufzeit von zwölf Monaten berechnet. Ohne Kündigung verlängert sich das Abonnement automatisch um jeweils ein weiteres Jahr. Die Kündigung wird zum Ende des bereits bezahlten Jahreszeitraums wirksam; eine anteilige Erstattung des bereits gezahlten Jahresbetrags erfolgt nicht.
6. Widerrufsrecht
Verbraucherinnen und Verbrauchern steht ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht zu. Einzelheiten regelt die Widerrufsbelehrung.
7. Haftung
Der Anbieter haftet unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz. Im Uebrigen ist die Haftung nach Maßgabe der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen beschränkt.
8. Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
9. Verbraucherstreitbeilegung
Wir sind nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Try It service provided by Ariside UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Lindenweg 20, 39326 Zielitz, Germany (the “provider”).
2. Subject matter
Try It is a digital wardrobe with style advice and travel packing planning, provided as a web application. The range of functions depends on the plan selected in each case.
3. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded upon completion of the order process or activation of a plan.
4. Prices and payment
The prices stated at the time of the order apply, including statutory value added tax. Payment is made using the payment methods offered.
5. Term and cancellation
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions can be cancelled monthly. Cancellation is possible via your account or by email to info@tryit-app.com.
Under the annual plan, the full annual amount is charged in advance for a contract term of twelve months. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically for a further year. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period already paid for; the amount already paid is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details are set out in the instructions on withdrawal.
7. Liability
The provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence and under the German Product Liability Act. Otherwise, liability is limited in accordance with the statutory provisions.
8. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
9. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

1. Ámbito de aplicación
Los presentes Términos y Condiciones se aplican al uso del servicio Try It prestado por Ariside UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Lindenweg 20, 39326 Zielitz, Alemania (en lo sucesivo, el «prestador»).
2. Objeto del contrato
Try It es un armario digital con asesoramiento de estilo y planificación del equipaje de viaje, prestado como aplicación web. El alcance de las funciones depende de la tarifa elegida en cada caso.
3. Celebración del contrato
El contrato se celebra al completar el proceso de pedido o al activar una tarifa.
4. Precios y pago
Se aplican los precios indicados en el momento del pedido, incluido el impuesto sobre el valor añadido legal. El pago se efectúa mediante los medios de pago ofrecidos.
5. Duración y cancelación
Salvo indicación en contrario, las suscripciones pueden cancelarse mensualmente. La cancelación es posible a través de su cuenta o por correo electrónico a info@tryit-app.com.
En la tarifa anual (plan anual), el importe anual completo se cobra por adelantado para un periodo contractual de doce meses. Si no se cancela, la suscripción se renueva automáticamente por un año más. La cancelación surte efecto al final del periodo anual ya abonado; el importe ya pagado no se reembolsa de forma proporcional.
6. Derecho de desistimiento
Los consumidores disponen de un derecho legal de desistimiento. Los detalles se regulan en la información sobre el desistimiento.
7. Responsabilidad
El prestador responde sin limitación en caso de dolo y culpa grave, así como conforme a la Ley alemana de responsabilidad por productos defectuosos. Por lo demás, la responsabilidad queda limitada con arreglo a las disposiciones legales.
8. Disposiciones finales
Se aplica el Derecho de la República Federal de Alemania. Si alguna disposición fuera inválida, la validez de las restantes disposiciones no se verá afectada.
9. Resolución de litigios en materia de consumo
No estamos dispuestos ni obligados a participar en procedimientos de resolución de litigios ante un organismo de arbitraje de consumo.
