Good questions. Honest answers.
Short and no dodging — even where something's still in the works.
What is Try It?
Your closet, digital: you photograph each piece once, Try It cuts it out and sorts it. From there you mix your own things into looks, save them and export them as content. No suggestion feed — you decide.
How does my clothing get into Try It?
Take a photo or upload existing ones — Try It removes the background and sorts automatically by category, color and season. 10–15 favorite pieces are plenty to start.
Do I need an account?
Yes, for sync and export. Sign-up is open, so you can start right away.
What devices does Try It run on?
In your browser — on your phone too. The iOS and Android apps are in the works; join the waitlist to catch the launch first.
What languages is Try It available in?
German, English and Spanish — more languages to come.
Does Try It suggest outfits to me?
No — and that's on purpose. You put your looks together yourself, because nobody knows your style better than you. Noé only helps when you ask.
How does auto-tagging work?
As you add a piece, Try It detects category, color and season and suggests matching tags. You confirm with a tap — or fix it on the rare occasion it's off.
Is there a limit on pieces?
The Free plan has room for 20 pieces — enough to get to know Try It. With Pro the limit drops and your whole closet moves in.
Can I export my looks?
Yes — as an image for a Story or post, with your signature on it. Pro adds HD export templates for your content on top.
What does Noé know about me?
Your digital closet and, if you like, your weather and location — nothing more. That way he can answer questions about your own pieces with what actually works today.
How often can I ask Noé?
On Free, 10 messages a month; on Pro, 150 a month.
What does the Travel Planner do?
Set up a trip and Try It builds the packing list from your real pieces — with the weather at your destination already factored in. One set per day, nothing generic.
Is AI fitting available?
Not yet again. AI fitting is in the works and comes back once it's genuinely good — which is why it's in no plan and you never pay for it anywhere. What you see today, you can use today.
What does Try It cost?
Trying it is free — for good, with no subscription and no credit card. Try It Pro is 9,99 € a month or 99,99 € a year — two months free on the yearly plan. All the details on the pricing page.
Why is there no trial period?
Because you don't need one: Free is the never-ending trial. No clock, no countdown.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — you can cancel Pro anytime, effective at the end of your billing period. Free isn't a subscription at all: it just keeps going.
I am buying from outside Europe — what applies to me?
Try It is available in Europe, the US, Japan and Australia. Which rights you get depends on the country of your billing address: in the EU and EEA you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. In the US, Japan and Australia there is no comparable statutory right of withdrawal for digital subscriptions — the local consumer protection rules apply instead, such as the Consumer Guarantees in Australia. You can cancel anywhere, at any time, effective at the end of your billing period. Your order confirmation states which terms apply to you.
Who can see my photos?
Only you. Your images are private, never shared, and show up nowhere in public.
Can I delete my data?
Anytime — individual photos or the whole account. Deleted means deleted.
How does Try It handle data protection?
Try It is operated by Ariside UG in Germany and built to GDPR. What exactly happens with your data is laid out, without the legalese, in the privacy policy.
